What is it? This tool is an advanced artificial intelligence system designed to predict the on-target cleavage efficiency of single guide RNA (sgRNA) sequences for CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing experiments.
How it Works? The system utilizes a Deep Learning-based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) trained on the gold-standard Doench et al. (2016) dataset. It analyzes the nucleotide features, positional preferences, and thermodynamic stability of your input sequence to generate a predicted efficiency score between 0 and 100.
How to Use: Please enter the 30-nucleotide DNA sequence you wish to analyze. The sequence format must be as follows:
Format: 4bp (pre-context) + 20bp (target sequence) + PAM (NGG) + 3bp (post-context)
Example: CAGAAAAAAAAAAACACTGCAACAAGAGGG
